To return or exchange a product, send it to AECS SUPPLY CO., LTD. The goods must be returned, AT THE PURCHASER’S EXPENSE in the original packaging, unused and in good condition within 21 days of purchase. You will be given credit upon receipt of the material and inspection of the goods or a refund by the same method as the payment was made. When exchanging a product, return the product, and upon receipt of the material and inspection of the goods a credit or refund by the same payment method will be given. To purchase a different item, you will need to place a new order. A Return Authorization Number is not required.
